Job summary

First Advantage is seeking a Senior Data Operations Lead to own Salesforce data changes, data quality, and governance across the Revenue and Operations teams. You will manage data migrations, enrichment, and deduplication using industry tools, while guiding a small team of stewards and engineers.

You will engage with director-level stakeholders during US Eastern business hours, define requirements, and deliver measurable improvements in data completeness and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of Salesforce data operations and team leadership.
• Excellent English communication with director-level stakeholders during US Eastern hours.
• Strong business analysis skills to translate needs into data changes.
• Hands-on SQL with joins, deduplication, profiling, and validation.
• Experience with Data Loader, Workbench, DemandTools or equivalent.
• Experience with account hierarchies and data enrichment providers.
• Experience with deduplication at scale.

Responsibilities

• Own the intake, prioritization, and delivery of Salesforce data changes.
• Manage the data team's Jira Service Management queue with SLAs and priorities.
• Lead acquisitions and platform data migrations into Salesforce with mappings and reconciliation.
• Serve as primary contact for Revenue Operations and Sales Operations on data requests.
• Publish a weekly data operations summary highlighting completed work and risks.
• Maintain master data standards for Accounts and Contacts and related hierarchies.
• Operate enrichment and deduplication processes using ZoomInfo, DemandTools, Data Loader, and Workbench.
• Own operational data quality reports and dashboards and drive remediation plans.
• Lead and develop data stewards, engineers, and analysts; participate in hiring.
