Job summary

GHD is seeking a Salesforce Data Coordinator (hygiene) to join the Marketing and Communications team in the Philippines. The role focuses on ensuring high data quality and integrity within Salesforce and Marketing Automation through governance, auditing, and hygiene practices across the CRM ecosystem.

You will oversee data hygiene processes, conduct audits, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain data accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, or Data/Analytics.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in data analysis with focus on data hygiene and governance.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot/MCAE) is a bonus.
• Proficiency in Excel with VLOOKUP and pivot tables.

Who are we looking for?

We’re looking for a Salesforce Data Coordinator (hygiene) to join the Marketing and Communications team. The role’s primary function would be to ensure the highest data quality and integrity within GHD’s Salesforce ecosystem through governance, auditing, validation, and hygiene best practices across the CRM and Marketing Automation ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and improve Salesforce (both client and marketing) data hygiene processes, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and consistency
• Relational Database Expertise: Understanding of relational database principles
• Conduct regular data audits to identify and rectify discrepancies and inconsistencies
• Develop and enforce data governance policies and procedures to maintain high data quality standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity throughout the data lifecycle
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in data management and hygiene methodologies
• Utilize data analytics tools to monitor data quality and generate insights for continuous improvement
• Proactively update your manager on work progress, improvement opportunities, potential issues and other relevant info
• Develop and maintain collaborative and positive relationships with your team, shared Finance and other IS teams
• Continually build your knowledge of GHD’s business and technologies (particularly in the Clients and Marketing space) and keep up to date on industry trends and technologies

What you will bring to the team:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, Data/Analytics
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in data analysis with strong focus on data hygiene and governance
• Ideally hands‑on experience with Salesforce CRM
• Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot/MCAE) experience is a bonus
• Proficiency in Excel functions: implementing VLOOKUP for efficient data retrieval and lookup operations, and creating and managing complex pivot tables for dynamic data analysis and reporting
• Proven track record of improving data quality and implementing data governance frameworks

Work schedule

Monday to Friday / 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

This job offer can be based in Makati, Quezon City or Cebu.
