Job summary

Staff Outsourcing Solutions is hiring a hands-on specialist for a US client who keeps business systems running and creates social media content. You will administer Salesforce, troubleshoot CTM call routing and integrations, manage Meta platforms, and support Slack and other connected tools.

Onsite at Cebu City, night shift (US hours), full time (40–48 hours/week). The client also considers two part-time specialists: one for Salesforce/CTM and one for Meta/content.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience with Salesforce, CTM, and Meta Business tools.
• Portfolio of social posts, video editing and branding work.
• Relevant IT certifications are required.
• App management experience is a plus.
• Degree is not required; extra technical skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Systems: administer Salesforce, troubleshoot CTM routing and integrations, manage Meta platforms, and support Slack and other connected tools.
• Content: create and publish social media posts, reels, videos and graphics, edit footage, keep the content calendar and branding consistent.
• App: update the client’s app content, spot usability improvements, handle routine fixes, and work with the development team on larger changes.
