Job summary

AMCS Philippines is seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to join our global Salesforce Team. You will provide day-to-day support, investigate issues, and coordinate with operations to update stakeholders on progress while ensuring reliability.

What You'll Do

As a key member of the Salesforce Team, you will:

• Provide day-to-day Salesforce support — investigating, analysing, and resolving user issues with a customer-focused approach


• Meet regularly with operational departments to provide status updates on work items


• Manage the full lifecycle of enhancements and fixes — requirement gathering, solutioning, build, testing and deployment — ensuring changes are reliable and don\'t degrade existing functionality


• Work within the change request process, ensuring adherence to team change control standards


• Support integrations and troubleshooting between Salesforce, External Client apps, and ERP systems


• Act as liaison between users, vendors, and enablement teams to resolve complex issues and roll out new features


• Create and maintain documentation for new processes and system updates

What You Bring

• 3+ years as a Salesforce administrator (consulting experience a plus)


• Service Cloud experience desired


• Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience; exposure to NetSuite or similar ERP systems a plus


• Strong problem-solving skills, both independently and in a team, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure


• Excellent customer management, and verbal/written communication skills; fluent English required
