Job summary

AMCS Group is seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to support day-to-day operations, troubleshoot user issues, and drive enhancements within Salesforce and related ERP integrations. You will collaborate with multiple departments, manage changes, and help roll out new features while maintaining thorough documentation.

The role requires strong problem-solving and customer-facing communication skills, with fluency in English. A degree in CS and ERP exposure are valued assets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as Salesforce administrator with consulting experience a plus
• Service Cloud experience desired
• Degree in Computer Science or related field; NetSuite exposure is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day Salesforce support — investigating, analysing, and resolving user issues with a customer-focused approach
• Meet regularly with operational departments to provide status updates on work items
• Manage the full lifecycle of enhancements and fixes — requirement gathering, solutioning, build, testing and deployment
• Work within the change request process, ensuring adherence to team change control standards
• Support integrations and troubleshooting between Salesforce, External Client apps, and ERP systems
• Act as liaison between users, vendors, and enablement teams to resolve complex issues and roll out new features
• Create and maintain documentation for new processes and system updates

What You’ll Do

As a key member of the Salesforce Team, you will:

What You Bring

• 3+ years as a Salesforce administrator (consulting experience a plus)

• Service Cloud experience desired

• Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience; exposure to NetSuite or similar ERP systems a plus

• Strong problem-solving skills, both independently and in a team, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure

• Excellent customer management, and verbal/written communication skills; fluent English required
