Job summary

AMCS Group is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to provide daily support, drive enhancements, and ensure reliable functionality across Salesforce and ERP integrations. You will collaborate with multiple departments, manage change control, and document updates. Fluency in English and strong communication are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as Salesforce administrator (consulting experience a plus).
• Service Cloud experience desired.
• Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience; exposure to NetSuite or similar ERP systems a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills, both independently and in a team, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
• Excellent customer management, and verbal/written communication skills; fluent English required.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day Salesforce support — investigating, analysing, and resolving user issues with a customer-focused approach.
• Meet regularly with operational departments to provide status updates on work items.
• Manage the full lifecycle of enhancements and fixes — requirement gathering, solutioning, build, testing and deployment.
• Work within the change request process, ensuring adherence to team change control standards.
• Support integrations and troubleshooting between Salesforce, External Client apps, and ERP systems.
• Act as liaison between users, vendors, and enablement teams to resolve complex issues and roll out new features.
• Create and maintain documentation for new processes and system updates.
