Job summary

AMCS Group is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to provide day-to-day support, collaborate with operations, and manage enhancements across Salesforce and ERP integrations. Fluency in English and a strong problem-solving mindset are essential.

You will work in a hybrid setup, meeting stakeholders, documenting processes, and ensuring stable, scalable Salesforce operations that align with business goals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a Salesforce administrator (consulting experience a plus).
• Service Cloud experience preferred.
• Degree in Computer Science or related field; exposure to NetSuite or similar ERP systems is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills, both independently and in a team, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
• Excellent customer management and verbal/written English.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day Salesforce support — investigating, analysing, and resolving user issues with a customer-focused approach.
• Meet regularly with operational departments to provide status updates on work items.
• Manage the full lifecycle of enhancements and fixes — requirement gathering, solutioning, build, testing and deployment — ensuring changes are reliable and don't degrade existing functionality.
• Work within the change request process, ensuring adherence to team change control standards.
• Support integrations and troubleshooting between Salesforce, External Client apps, and ERP systems.
• Act as liaison between users, vendors, and enablement teams to resolve complex issues and roll out new features.
• Create and maintain documentation for new processes and system updates.

What You’ll Do
