Job summary

VI Hub Services Inc. is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst to gather and translate client requirements into Salesforce solutions.

You will serve as the bridge between business users and technical teams, ensuring processes are well-documented and solutions align with business goals. You will facilitate workshops, create BRDs and user stories, collaborate with architects, developers, QA, and project managers, and support UAT, training, deployment, and continuous improvement of Salesforce

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT, business administration, computer science, or a related field.
2–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in Salesforce implementation or CRM projects.
Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
Experience in business process mapping, requirements elicitation, and stakeholder management.
Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies is an advantage.
Salesforce Business Analyst Certification, Salesforce Administrator Certification, or other Salesforce certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and system requirements from stakeholders.
Facilitate discovery workshops, stakeholder interviews, and requirements gathering sessions.
Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation using Salesforce.
Create and maintain BRDs, user stories, process flows, use cases, and functional specifications.
Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Collaborate with Solution Architects, Developers, QA, and Project Managers to deliver Salesforce solutions that meet business objectives.
Validate solution designs to ensure alignment with business requirements and Salesforce best practices.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect resolution, training, deployment, and post-implementation activities.
Monitor project progress and assist in managing requirement changes throughout the project lifecycle.
Recommend Salesforce best practices and continuous process improvements to maximize business value.
