Blue Star is transforming its Service 2.0 program across India, appointing a Salesforce Architect to own the technology architecture and solution design. The role spans Salesforce Service Cloud, Field Service, Experience Cloud, integrations, AI/GenAI capabilities and analytics to optimize warranty costs, first-time fix rates and customer experience.
You will collaborate with business leaders, IT teams, partners and vendors to establish a scalable, secure architecture that supports pan-India
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering.
- Significant experience in Salesforce architecture and enterprise app transformation.
- Experience with large-scale Salesforce implementations and complex integrations.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end Salesforce architecture for Service 2.0.
- Define target architecture across Salesforce Service Cloud, Field Service, Experience Cloud and integrations.
- Translate business requirements into scalable, secure Salesforce solutions.
- Define data, integration and security architecture.
- Establish architecture standards and reusable patterns.
- Evaluate new Salesforce capabilities and adoption value.
- Ensure architecture scales for future service transformations.
- Mentor developers and partners on architecture best practices.
