Qualifications

• Experience in solution engineering, consultancy, delivery or training for a software solutions company.
• Ability to translate business requirements into a compelling vision and roadmap.
• Strong discovery, architecture thinking, and executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage enterprise organisations across industries through discovery sessions and workshops in Tagalog and English.
• Build trusted relationships with senior executives and key decision makers.
• Develop and deliver innovative custom solutions aligned to business value.
• Lead the full solution cycle with cross-functional teams and resources.
• Travel 25%–50% of the time.
