Job summary

Teamified in the Philippines is seeking a talented Salesforce Administrator to join our team. You will manage and maintain our Salesforce platform to ensure optimal performance and user productivity.

You will configure, customize, and integrate Salesforce, build workflows, reports, and dashboards, and provide training and support to end users in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as Salesforce Admin.
• Salesforce Administrator certification is preferred.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, customisation, and integration.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning, Flow Builder, and Process Automation.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customise Salesforce to meet the needs of the business.
• Create and maintain user accounts, profiles, roles, and permission sets.
• Develop and implement workflows, validation rules, and process automation.
• Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into sales and marketing performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide solutions.
• Stay up to date on the latest Salesforce features and best practices.
• Provide training and support to end-users as needed.
