Job summary

You will collect and analyze performance data, implement training programs, manage optimization initiatives, and ensure alignment with corporate goals while traveling as needed for training and business

Qualifications

• Experience in sales operations and training & development.
• Strong data analysis, process improvement, and digital solutions experience.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
• Ability to develop curricula and deliver engaging training.

• Willingness to travel for training and business development.
