• Excellent communication and facilitation skills across skill levels.
• Willingness to travel frequently to North Luzon branches.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace for training materials.

What is this role about?

The role designs, delivers, and oversees training programs to equip sales teams across all branches with the skills and product knowledge needed to effectively sell electric vehicles.

What will YOU do?

• Design and implement sales training programs tailored to electric vehicles, covering product knowledge, sales process, customer engagement, and dealership protocols

• Standardize and monitor the execution of the sales process across all branches in North Luzon to ensure consistency and alignment

• Deliver in-person training and coaching through regular branch visits, offering hands‑on support, role‑playing, and skills assessments

• Provide sales teams with EV‑specific product knowledge, including technical features, environmental benefits, charging infrastructure, and available incentives

• Lead onboarding programs for newly hired sales consultants, ensuring readiness to represent the brand and engage customers effectively

• Assess training effectiveness by tracking sales performance metrics, gathering feedback, and refining programs based on results and evolving dealership needs

• Collaborate with Sales and Branch Heads to identify performance gaps, coordinate schedules and align training goals with sales targets

• Develop and update training materials, including modules, presentations, scripts, and quick‑reference guides suited for EV sales in the local context

• Organize refresher trainings and upskilling sessions to support continuous improvement and adaptability in the fast‑evolving EV market

• Represent the training function in internal meetings, brand activations, and manufacturer‑led sessions, ensuring alignment with broader business strategies

• Perform other function that may be assigned from time to time

What will YOU need?

• At least 5-7 years of experience in sales training within the automotive industry, preferably in multi‑brand or regional dealership settings

• Proven ability to develop and implement training modules on sales processes, customer handling, and product knowledge

• Experience conducting field training, coaching, and performance monitoring across multiple branches

• Strong understanding of EV technologies, automotive trends, and dealership operations

• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage trainees at various skill levels

• Capable of assessing training effectiveness and adjusting content or delivery methods as needed

• Willingness to travel frequently to branches in North Luzon

• Proficient in using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and presentation tools for training documentation and delivery

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with sales teams, managers, and external partners

• Certification in Training and Development, Automotive Sales, or TESDA‑accredited programs is a plus
