Job summary

Horizon Auto Services Inc. (HASI) is seeking a Training Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and deliver afersales training across our BYD dealership network in the Philippines.

You will help develop employee competencies, prepare training materials, coordinate schedules, maintain training records, and ensure Service Advisors, Technicians, and Aftersales personnel are equipped to deliver excellent customer service and operational performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in training coordination, service administration, automotive operations, or related role; fresh grads encouraged.
• Basic knowledge of automotive service operations and customer service principles is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and administrative abilities with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Possesses a valid driver's license (Restriction Codes 1 & 2) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, organizing, and coordinating onboarding, technical, product knowledge, and customer service training programs for Aftersales personnel.
• Prepare training materials, presentations, manuals, assessments, learning resources, and training documentation.
• Coordinate training schedules, attendance, venues, equipment, and other logistical requirements.
• Maintain accurate training records, certifications, attendance reports, competency matrices, and training evaluations.
• Perform administrative tasks related to Aftersales operations, training coordination, reporting, and documentation.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by Management, particularly during periods when no training sessions are scheduled.
• Assist the Service Advisor in managing daily customer service transactions, including receiving customers, preparing repair orders, scheduling service appointments, and coordinating vehicle releases.
• Support the implementation of customer satisfaction initiatives and assist in resolving customer inquiries and concerns professionally.

• Basic knowledge of automotive service operations and customer service principles is an advantage.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and administrative abilities with attention to detail.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Possesses a valid driver's license (Restriction Codes 1 & 2) is an advantage.

• Willing to work on a six (6)-day workweek.

• Must be willing to be assigned onsite to any of our branches in:

  • Metro Manila: Alabang and Las Piñas

  • Bicol Region: Camarines Sur and Legazpi, Albay

  • Central Visayas: Tagbilaran, Bohol
