Joneco Tech Marketing Corp in the Philippines seeks a Customer Support Associate to help customers with product inquiries, provide technical information, and recommend suitable products based on needs. You will demonstrate features, explain usage, and support the sales team to reach targets.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or higher, basic knowledge of technical products, strong communication skills, and the ability to explain technical information clearly.
