Job summary

Unity Communications is seeking a Sales Systems Specialist to support Salesforce and Revenue technology. You will troubleshoot, administer, and optimize Salesforce, CPQ, and related platforms to ensure accurate data, smooth user access, and reliable reporting for the Sales organization.

The role requires hands-on Salesforce experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to investigate issues independently.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, IT, or related field preferred.
2+ years of relevant experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or CRM support.
Strong hands-on Salesforce experience from backend/administrator perspective.
Experience configuring Salesforce data structures, reports, and permissions; troubleshooting workflows.
Familiarity with CPQ platforms (DealHub preferred) and related sales tech stack.

Responsibilities

Serve as first-line technical support for Salesforce and revenue technology platforms.
Triage, investigate, and resolve inbound Sales Systems support tickets.
Troubleshoot Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, reports, permissions, and user access.
Audit Salesforce data, reports, and configurations for accuracy.
Provision users, manage licenses, roles, and access per business rules.
Assist with testing, UAT, and documentation of configurations and fixes.
Coordinate system changes and communications for deployment.
Support CPQ processes and integration with other sales tools.
