Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Admin, Advertising or related field.
• 1 year of combined experience in sales development, field marketing or account management.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Familiar with Canva and CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce or Zoho).

Responsibilities

• Prospecting, cold outreach, and lead generation via phone, email, and social platforms.
• Prepare and present tailored proposals and price quotations to potential clients.
• Assist in creating promotional campaigns and client collateral.
• Maintain CRM, track pipelines, and report conversion metrics to management.
• Participate in industry events and local brand activations to expand market presence.
