Job summary

DHL Global Forwarding in Manila region seeks a role to support the customer facing organization by preparing quotations and contracts, and by preparing customer documents for the contact teams.

The role also involves coordinating with internal teams on rates and tariffs, providing customer information, and assisting in qualification of sales leads within set timelines.

Qualifications

• Broad understanding of the global forwarding industry and the DGF business models.
• Good working knowledge in the quotation activity (freight rates & charges, incoterms and shipment special requirements).
• Ability to handle multiple and hanging priorities.
• Ability to work effectively, independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent basic business & problem solving skills.
• Experience with MS Office e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook; experience with quotation tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Providing customer information and supporting the identification and qualification of sales leads.
