Qualifications

• Graduates of Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science or related course.
• 1-2 years of sales experience in an IT related field.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledgeable on telemarketing and creating formal letters.
• Can work under pressure, aggressive, determined and fast learner.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily assistance to ensure each sales manager is in connection with internal and external parties in a timely, effective and efficient manner
• Help create presentation materials for meetings and proofread for consistency and correctness.
• Creating formal letters (bidding documents, quotations, memo)
• With knowledge in telemarketing.
• Provides product, promotion, and pricing information by clarifying customer request; selecting appropriate information; forwarding information; answering questions.
• Update managers by consolidating, analyzing, and forwarding daily action summaries.
• Provide administrative and sales support by assisting in preparation of quotations, purchase orders, bidding documentations, telemarketing, and other related sales documents
• Interact with clients, management, co-workers and station employees in a positive and professional manner.
