Job summary

Metrobank in the Philippines seeks an Enablement and Support Officer in the Digital Banking Division to perform core business operations, including procurement, budgeting, asset management, and partner accreditation.

The role also serves as backup for urgent team functions, contributes to process improvement, and ensures compliance with regulatory and internal policies to sustain efficiency, readiness, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in business support, operations, or administrative functions.
• Familiarity with procurement, budgeting, and asset accountability processes.
• Basic understanding of operational compliance in financial or regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily business operations
• Assist in budget preparation and expense management
• Manage procurement process and coordinate resource allocation from requisition to asset management
• Maintain accountability records for divisional assets
• Prepare and track document transmittal requests
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Provide backup for key Business Systems functions related to people support and governance
• Support training monitoring and documentation
