Job summary

EastWest Banking Corporation in Makati is seeking a Sales Support Associate to join our Retail Banking Team. You will support the end-to-end mortgage loan fulfillment process, reviewing applications, coordinating client requirements, preparing loan documents, and ensuring timely processing with accuracy and service standards.

Responsibilities

• Review and pre-screen loan applications for completeness and eligibility.
• Coordinate loan signing activities to support onboarding.
• Coordinate issuance of Bank Guarantees and prepare accounts prior to booking.
• Prepare loan and mortgage documents based on CAM and ensure documentation is met before booking.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to obtain required documents and requests.
• Monitor application progress and maintain records to meet service level standards.

What the role will entail

• Review and pre-screen loan applications from sales channels and branches to ensure completeness, accuracy, and eligibility for processing.
• Send Notices of Approval and coordinate loan signing activities to support a smooth and timely customer onboarding experience.
• Coordinate the issuance of Bank Guarantees and prepare accounts for annotation and endorsement prior to booking.
• Prepare loan and mortgage documents based on approved Credit Approval Memos (CAM) and ensure all documentation requirements are met before booking.
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to obtain, verify, and follow up on required documents and requests throughout the loan process.
• Monitor application progress, maintain accurate records, and ensure service level standards are met to support timely loan fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

What we're looking for

• Holder of a Bachelor's degree
• At least 6 months of relevant work experience in banking, loan processing, mortgage operations, customer fulfillment, or a related field.
• Experience in handling loan applications, documentation review, and coordination with clients and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of mortgage loan processing, loan documentation, and banking procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and report preparation.
• Strong analytical, communication, organization, and attention-to-detail skills with a process- and results-oriented mindset.
