Job summary

Empower LLC in Manila is seeking an Analyst Sales Support to empower our internal sales team and field partners, delivering tactical support throughout the sales cycle and ensuring a seamless experience for clients.

You will handle onboarding, reporting, pricing, and documentation, collaborate with underwriting and implementation, and keep Salesforce documentation accurate while coordinating cross-functionally to move plans to completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, sales support, or related field.
• 2+ years in a sales support, client service, or operations role.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-first attitude.
• Proficient in Excel and CRM platforms; Salesforce experience a plus.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Serve as sales support for internal sales representatives, offering tactical support throughout the sales process.
• Provide day-to-day case-level service, including price quoting, opportunity tracking, and reporting.
• Coordinate plan onboarding and ensure documentation is complete and compliant.
• Partner with underwriting and implementation teams to ensure smooth retirement plan execution.
• Complete case assignments through processing proposals and paperwork, ensuring data accuracy and cross-department communication.
• Produce plan pricing and plan research.
• Collaborate with ISD and RSD on New Client Applications (NCA/WRAP) to completion.
• Direct communication with ISD and RSD to review and collect required documents.
• Facilitate communication between Implementation, ISD, and RSD for smooth progression.
• Complete Salesforce documentation with minimal errors.
• Support sending/obtaining DocuSign signatures for confirmations.
• Participate in special projects related to internal sales campaigns.
