Acquire BPO in Taguig City is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle calls, chats, and emails from customers, perform outbound checks on orders, and provide troubleshooting and order updates with a focus on delivering best-in-class service.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in customer service in the BPO industry, excellent English communication, strong multitasking, and the ability to learn new workflows, with flexibility for shifting schedules.

Responsibilities

• Answering calls, chats, and emails from customers.
• Initiate outbound calls to check order receipt and item status and provide information to upsell where appropriate.
• Adapt to additional tasks assigned by the client and execute processes efficiently.
• Provide troubleshooting tips and assistance on online orders.
• Address warranty and delivery issues.
• Escalate customer complaints to management.
• Assign tickets to correct folders and staff.
• Close tickets and reconcile invoices.
• Update online order status for customers.
• Contact retailers/resellers for stock availability.
• Provide competitive comparisons as needed.
• Adjust to tasks as directed by campaign needs.
