Job summary

Personal Collection Direct Selling Inc. is seeking a Dealer Recruitment Lead to expand and strengthen its dealer network in the Philippines. You will drive growth by acquiring new dealers, onboarding them, and building strong relationships through ongoing support and training.

The role requires experience in direct selling or sales, plus strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in MS Office is essential for reporting and performance tracking.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year course; For undergraduates (at least 2 years) must have 2 years supervisory experience.
• Experience in direct selling, sales, dealer recruitment, or similar field.
• Mission-driven with strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Relationship-builder who can influence, work independently or in teams, adapt under pressure, and is proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).

Responsibilities

• Lead dealer recruitment and onboarding to expand and strengthen the network for Personal Collection Direct Selling Inc. (PCDSI).
• Drive continuous growth by acquiring new dealers and increasing network reach.
• Build strong dealer relationships through consistent engagement and support.
• Facilitate onboarding, training, and development to ensure dealer success.
• Monitor KPIs and drive achievement of sales targets.
