Job summary

Personal Collection Direct Selling Inc. in the Philippines seeks a dynamic leader to recruit and onboard dealers, expand the network, and drive growth across the region.

You will build strong dealer relationships, provide onboarding and training, and monitor KPIs to ensure sales targets are met.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in supervisory roles, experience in direct selling or sales, and strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Graduates of any 4-year course; undergraduates with 2 years supervisory experience.
• Experience in direct selling, sales, dealer recruitment, or similar field.
• Mission-driven with strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Relationship-builder who can influence, work independently or in teams, adapt under pressure.
