Job summary

Quality Choices Group of Companies in Metro Manila is seeking an experienced Sales Supervisor to lead daily store operations, oversee floor sales, enforce strict food safety standards, manage perishable inventory, and drive shift performance while delivering excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in retail food sales and 1–2 years in a supervisory role, with direct experience in fresh meat, poultry, or butchery strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is an advantage.
• 2–3 years of retail sales in the food industry.
• 1–2 years in supervisory or team lead capacity.
• Direct experience managing fresh meat and poultry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sales & Floor Operations: Direct and motivate shift personnel to achieve daily sales targets, oversee visual merchandising, and ensure floor stock availability.
• Fresh Meat & Cold-Chain Management: Oversee storage, cutting, display, and rotation of meat products with proper temperature controls.
• Food Safety & Compliance: Ensure compliance with local health regulations, HACCP, and SSOP.
• Inventory & Shrink Control: Monitor stock levels, track shelf life, minimize waste and lead audits.
• Team Leadership & Training: Manage shift schedules, assign tasks, train store associates on customer service standards and safe food handling.
• Customer Service & Dispute Resolution: Address customer inquiries, complaints, and product returns regard quality or freshness.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Floor Operations: Direct and motivate shift personnel to achieve daily sales targets, oversee visual merchandising, and ensure floor stock availability.
• Fresh Meat & Cold-Chain Management: Oversee the storage, cutting, display, and rotation (FIFO) of meat products. Maintain strict adherence to temperature controls and cold-chain protocols.
• Food Safety & Compliance: Ensure full compliance with local health regulations, HACCP standards, and store Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOP).
• Inventory & Shrink Control: Monitor stock levels, track shelf life, minimize product waste/shrinkage, and lead inventory audits.
• Team Leadership & Training: Manage shift schedules, assign tasks, and train store associates on customer service standards and safe food handling practices.
• Customer Service & Dispute Resolution: Promptly address customer inquiries, complaints, and product returns regarding quality or freshness.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Hospitality, Food Service Management, or a related field is an advantage.
• Work Experience:
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in retail sales in food industry.
  • At least 1–2 years in a supervisory, team lead, or assistant manager capacity.
  • Direct experience managing fresh meat, poultry, butchery, or in retail is strongly preferred.
