As a Sales Stock Clerk, you will play a vital role in maintaining our store operations, ensuring product availability, and delivering exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities

• Receiving, unpacking, and organising merchandise deliveries, ensuring accurate inventory counts and proper labelling
• Stocking shelves, display units, and storage areas with products in an orderly and accessible manner
• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation throughout the store, including stockroom and sales floor areas
• Monitoring inventory levels and alerting management when stock requires replenishment or when items are damaged or expired
• Assisting customers on the sales floor by locating products, answering queries, and providing recommendations
• Operating point-of-sale systems and processing transactions accurately and efficiently
• Supporting promotional activities by setting up displays and ensuring promotional items are correctly priced and positioned
• Performing price checks and updating price tags as needed
• Assisting with stock takes and inventory counts as required
• Maintaining a safe working environment by following health and safety guidelines and reporting hazards
