Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in retail, stockroom operations, or similar environment.
• Ability to lift, carry and move merchandise regularly.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Receiving, unpacking, and organizing merchandise deliveries with accurate counts and labeling.
• Stocking shelves, displays, and storage areas in an orderly manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of store, stockroom, and sales floor.
• Monitor inventory levels and alert management for replenishment or damaged items.
• Assist customers on the sales floor by locating products and answering queries.
• Operate point-of-sale systems and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Support promotions by setting up displays and pricing items correctly.
• Perform price checks and update price tags as needed.
• Assist with stock takes and inventory counts.
• Maintain a safe working environment by following health and safety guidelines.
