This role requires a strong American English accent, hands-on cold calling experience, and a proven track record in selling, persuading, and closing deals with high-volume outreach to U.S. customers.

Compensation options include Commission Only or $3/hour plus commission, with onboarding and a target of 5–10 completed orders per day; top performers may advance into leadership roles.

Local Dumpster is looking for a highly motivated B2B Sales Cold Caller to join our growing sales team.

We are looking for someone who is confident on the phone, aggressive in sales, and comfortable making high-volume outbound calls to U.S. customers.

• Strong American English accent / U.S. phone presence — REQUIRED
• Proven sales experience — REQUIRED
• Cold calling experience — REQUIRED
• Hard-selling / closing experience — REQUIRED
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Comfortable with rejection and high-volume calling
• Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven

Experience selling to U.S. customers, contractors, construction companies, or other B2B clients is a strong advantage.

OPTION 1: COMMISSION ONLY Earn based on completed orders with high earning potential.

OPTION 2: $3/HOUR + COMMISSION Receive a guaranteed hourly rate plus commission per completed order.

After 1 month, if you're performing well, you can choose to switch to Commission Only or continue with $3/hour + commission.

Performance Target: 5–10 completed orders per day after onboarding.

Top performers will have opportunities to take on greater responsibility and eventually grow into Sales & Customer Success leadership roles.
