Job summary

BIC World is seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to drive sales and distribution in the traditional trade across Manila. You will service outlets, promote products, and ensure visibility and stock availability at the point of sale.

You will build and maintain strong retailer relationships, execute in-store activities, and gather market insights to inform promotions and pricing. The role emphasizes daily and monthly targets with a focus on expanding coverage in the market.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing is required.
• Previous sales experience in FMCG/consumer goods preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and sales reporting tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned retail outlets according to the route plan.
• Sell and promote company products to retailers, wholesalers, and independent stores.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Ensure product availability, stock levels, and proper merchandising at POS.
• Expand numeric distribution by opening new customers and channels.
• Support promotions and visibility programs in the market.
• Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer needs.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and resolve service issues promptly.
• Submit accurate sales, stock, and collection reports on time.

Job Purpose

To achieve sales and distribution targets by servicing assigned traditional trade outlets, developing strong customer relationships, executing in-store activities, and ensuring product availability, visibility, and merchandising standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute promotional activities and visibility programs in the market.
• Collect market intelligence on competitor activities, pricing, and customer needs.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and resolve service issues promptly.
• Submit accurate sales, stock, and collection reports on time.
• Support collection of outstanding payments in line with company policy.

Requirements:
