Job summary

BIC World in Metro Manila is seeking a Sales Representative to drive distribution and in-store execution for traditional trade outlets. You will visit retailers, promote products, and push for daily to monthly sales targets while ensuring product availability and proper shelf merchandising.

The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing, FMCG sales experience, and strong communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in Excel and sales reporting is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing or related field.
• Previous Sales experience in FMCG/consumer goods.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Basic proficiency in Excel and sales reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned retail outlets according to the approved route plan.
• Sell and promote company products to retailers, wholesalers, and independent stores.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Ensure product availability, optimum stock levels, and effective merchandising at point of sale.
• Expand numeric distribution by identifying and opening new customers.
• Execute promotional activities and visibility programs in the market.
• Collect market intelligence on competitor activities, pricing, and customer needs.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and resolve service issues promptly.
• Submit accurate sales, stock, and collection reports on time.
• Support collection of outstanding payments in line with company policy.
