Job summary

BIC World is seeking a field sales representative in Metro Manila to service traditional trade outlets, develop customer relationships, and ensure product visibility and merchandising standards.

You will visit retailers according to a route plan and promote BIC products to retailers, wholesalers, and independent stores. A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree is required, with strong communication and Excel skills to support sales reporting and market intelligence.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Previous Sales experience in FMCG/consumer goods.
• Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Basic proficiency in Excel and sales reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned retail outlets according to the approved route plan.
• Sell and promote company products to retailers, wholesalers, and independent stores.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Ensure product availability, optimum stock levels, and effective merchandising at point of sale.
• Expand numeric distribution by identifying and opening new customers.
• Execute promotional activities and visibility programs in the market.
• Collect market intelligence on competitor activities, pricing, and customer needs.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and resolve service issues promptly.
• Submit accurate sales, stock, and collection reports on time.
• Support collection of outstanding payments in line with company policy.
