Job summary

BIC World is seeking a Field Sales Representative in Metro Manila to achieve sales targets by servicing traditional trade outlets, developing strong retailer relationships, and ensuring product availability and visibility at the point of sale.

You will visit assigned outlets, promote products, meet daily/weekly/monthly targets, expand distribution, and support merchandising and market intelligence activities while maintaining timely reports and payments per company policy.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Previous sales experience in FMCG/consumer goods.
• Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Basic proficiency in Excel and sales reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned retail outlets according to the approved route plan.
• Sell and promote company products to retailers, wholesalers, and independent stores.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Ensure product availability, optimum stock levels, and effective merchandising at point of sale.
• Expand numeric distribution by identifying and opening new customers.
• Execute promotional activities and visibility programs in the market.
• Collect market intelligence on competitor activities, pricing, and customer needs.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and resolve service issues promptly.
• Submit accurate sales, stock, and collection reports on time.
• Support collection of outstanding payments in line with company policy.
