Lennor Metier, a leading recruitment agency in the Philippines, is seeking a results-driven Sales and Marketing professional for its client in Quezon City. This onsite role focuses on promoting and selling products, establishing accounts, and building client relationships to meet sales targets.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in Sales/Marketing, a degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering or equivalent, and strong written and verbal communication.

• 2–3 years working experience in Sales and Marketing.
• Good written and verbal communications.
• Experience in manufacturing and perfume is an advantage.
• Flexible and trainable.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell the company product/s
• Establishing new accounts and developing relationship with potential clients
• Making telephone call/s and in person visits and presentations to client/s
• Handles inquiries and provide product knowledge
• Responsible in sales plan and program to hit the set target sales objective
• Identify and develop new market opportunities
• Work with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies
• Submit daily/weekly activity report
• Prepare monthly report to keep track on the sales performance record

What Our Client Is Looking For

• Experience in a manufacturing set up and perfume is an advantage
