Job summary

Kanzen Home in Metro Manila is seeking a proactive Sales Associate to support customers and drive sales. You will greet customers, provide product information and recommendations, and help maintain appealing merchandise displays.

You will also strive to hit sales targets, process transactions accurately, resolve complaints, stay current on new products, and report outcomes to management and the CEO as needed.

• Greet and assist customers with their purchasing needs.
• Provide detailed product information and recommendations.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Help maintain the store’s visual appearance and merchandise displays.
• Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports and making recommendations to Management.
• Stay updated on new products and services.
• Report and perform other task related to Sales as may be assigned from time to time by the immediate superior and the CEO of the Company
