Job summary

Kanzenhome in Philippines is seeking a proactive Sales Associate to greet customers, provide product information, and drive sales. You will process transactions, maintain appealing displays, and stay informed about current promotions. You will also address customer concerns and report to management.

The role requires dedication to meeting targets and a willingness to take on related tasks as assigned by leadership. On-site position based in Taguig, Metro Manila.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with their purchasing needs.
• Provide detailed product information and recommendations.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Help maintain the store’s visual appearance and merchandise displays.
• Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports and making recommendations to Management.
• Stay updated on new products and services.
• Report and perform other task related to Sales as may be assigned from time to time by the immediate superior and the CEO of the Company
