Job description

• Actively demonstrate and explain product features, usage, benefits, and services to customers to encourage purchase decisions.
• Greet customers in a courteous and professional manner, assess their needs, and recommend suitable products to maximize sales.
• Set up, arrange, and maintain attractive product displays and demonstration areas to enhance customer experience.
• Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system, including cash, credit card, and other accepted payment methods.
• Assist in stocking, replenishing, and monitoring merchandise levels to ensure product availability.
• Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and proper housekeeping within the assigned work area at all times.
• Keep updated knowledge of product specifications, ongoing promotions, pricing, and company policies, including warranty and after-sales procedures.
• Comply with company rules, store policies, and Philippine labor and safety standards.
• Perform other related tasks as may be assigned by the immediate supervisor.
