Job summary

TAO Foods Company, Inc. is seeking two Sales Representatives to promote and sell our rice products to retailers, wholesalers, groceries, supermarkets, and restaurants across North and South Metro Manila.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of sales experience in rice trading or related fast-moving consumer goods, strong communication skills, and willingness to conduct fieldwork throughout Metro Manila. Valid driver’s license and own motorcycle or vehicle are advantageous.

Qualifications

• College degree in Business Administration or Marketing is an advantage.
• 2-3 years sales experience in rice trading / FMCG / food distribution.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Willing to conduct fieldwork across North and South Metro Manila.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell rice products to retailers, wholesalers, and restaurants.
• Develop and maintain accounts in the assigned territory.
• Conduct field visits to dealers and other business establishments.
• Build customer relationships to generate repeat orders.
• Present pricing and promotions to customers.
• Meet monthly sales targets and drive growth.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics for timely delivery.

Job Description

We are looking for two (2) motivated and results-driven Sales Representatives to promote and sell our rice products to retailers, wholesalers, groceries, supermarkets, restaurants, and other potential business customers across North and South Metro Manila. The successful candidates will be responsible for developing new accounts, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell rice products to potential and existing customers.
• Identify, develop, and maintain accounts within the assigned territory.
• Conduct field visits to rice dealers, retailers, wholesalers, groceries, and other business establishments.
• Build strong customer relationships to generate repeat orders and long-term business partnerships.
• Present product information, pricing, and available promotions to customers.
• Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to the company's sales growth.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and prevailing rice prices.
• Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate customer records.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Follow up on customer payments and assist with collection monitoring when necessary.

Qualifications

• With 2-3 yrs sales experience, preferably in rice trading, FMCG, food distribution, or consumer goods.
