Job summary

Recruitify_HR in the Philippines is seeking a proactive sales professional to coordinate with the Marketing Team on customer inquiries and sales leads, respond with product information, pricing and quotations, and identify new clients to expand the customer base.

You will prepare quotations, negotiate with customers, process orders, and collaborate with production, warehouse and accounting to ensure on-time delivery.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Marketing Team on customer inquiries and sales leads.
• Respond to endorsed inquiries and provide product information, pricing, and quotations.
• Identify and develop new clients to expand the company's customer base.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate with customers, and follow up to close sales.
• Process customer orders and coordinate with the production, Warehouse, and Accounting departments.
• Maintain accurate customer records and prepare sales reports.
• Resolve customer concerns by coordinating with the appropriate department.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Perform other sales-related duties as assigned by management.
