Job summary

Cepat Kredit Financing Inc is seeking a proactive support role to assist loan consultants with day-to-day concerns and queries. The position involves helping branch managers with pre-screening documents, increasing engagement for new and renewal accounts, and onboarding new loan consultants.

It also requires escalating complex issues to the supervisor and assisting in LC Relations programs, with other duties as assigned to maintain smooth operations across branches.

Responsibilities

• Handling and updating and assisting with day-to-day loan consultant concerns/queries.
• Assisting BM's on pre-screening documents/requirements submitted by the loans consultant.
• Boost sales engagement of assigned loan consultants per branch on delivering new/renewal accounts.
• Assist in recruitment and onboarding of new loan consultants.
• Escalate concerns , complaints, and other issues being encountered to the immediate supervisor for quick kills.
• Assist/Execute programs implemented by LC Relations Department
• Perform such other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
