The Sales Recruitment Associate (SRA) plays a critical role in identifying, attracting, and onboarding high-performing Loan Agents to support the organization’s growth and sales objectives. This position oversees the full lifecycle of Loan Agent recruitment from sourcing and selection to onboarding and performance enablement. The SRA ensures that each Loan Agent is equipped with the necessary training, guidance, and tools to successfully engage potential clients and convert leads into sales. By aligning recruitment efforts with business targets, the SRA contributes directly to revenue generation and talent retention.
