Job summary

You will monitor agent behavior, identify improvements, and stay current with all sales processes through training and resources. Integrity and clear communication are essential.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate sales interactions to ensure adherence to the sales consultation process and company policies.
• Provide detailed feedback to sales leadership on interactions, focusing on areas for improvement and best practices.
• Identify and communicate compliance issues related to important company policies.
• Identify and communicate opportunities for leaders to enhance the performance of their teams.
• Monitor agent and team behavior trends, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
• Identify, document, and raise agent behavior escalations to leadership.
• Stay current with all sales processes, systems, products, policies and general knowledge by attending training and reviewing resources.
• Act with the highest integrity on behalf of the company to ensure all processes are adhered to.
