Job summary

Kidvestors Philippines is seeking a freelance Response & Sales Coordinator to manage inquiries, convert them to enrollments, and coordinate partnerships across schools and communities in Metro Manila.

You will represent Kidvestors to parents, partners, and program sponsors, ensuring smooth workshop execution and ongoing promotions. This role offers a freelance monthly retainer and performance bonuses, with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Filipino.
• Able to close enrollments and meet sales targets.
• Willing to attend workshops in Metro Manila.
• Proactive with follow-ups and self-starter.
• Experience in education/children programs is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Manage inquiries from first contact to enrollment and maintain a tracker.
• Respond to parents via Facebook/Messenger, email and other channels.
• Develop partnerships with schools, communities and parent groups to secure recurring workshops.
• Coordinate with facilitators, venues, and events to ensure smooth delivery.
