Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Generate and update daily outlet-SKU forecasts based on sales and demand.
• Manage Order Fill Rate by aligning supply, logistics, and sales orders.
• Format and post sales orders according to system requirements.
• Facilitate weekly SO meetings and align stakeholders on plans, targets, and inventory.
• Process customer creation, inquiries, allocations, and system maintenance.
• Monitor operational KPIs and provide sales visibility using Tableau.
• Maintain and monitor inventory levels per outlet.
• Process inter-plant transfers and secure stocks for pending orders.
• Consolidate customer PO/SO requirements and prepare sales documents.
• Coordinate delivery schedules to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Monitor orders, inventory, and deliveries to support sales objectives.
• Prepare accurate reports and data insights for decision-making.
