Job summary

FPS Innovation Labs is seeking an ISD Back Office Representative to support our Door-to-Door sales operations by ensuring orders are accurate, complete, and processed efficiently. You will provide real-time help to sales agents, validate orders, and coordinate with internal teams to guarantee a smooth customer experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong problem-solving skills to identify order issues and provide solutions.
• High attention to detail when reviewing customer information and orders.

Responsibilities

• Review, create, confirm, and complete service orders from D2D agents.
• Provide real-time order support and status updates to the sales team.
• Verify customer and order information for accuracy and compliance.
• Resolve order discrepancies to prevent delays or cancellations.
• Coordinate updates, corrections, and service modifications as needed.
• Support onboarding and activation by submitting required documentation.
• Document interactions and updates in company systems.
• Maintain high quality and turnaround times for order-processing tasks.
