Job summary

Full Potential Solutions (FPS) is seeking an ISD Back Office Representative in Davao City to support our Door-to-Door Sales Department. You will ensure service orders are accurate, complete, and processed efficiently, providing real-time guidance and issue resolution to sales agents.

The role involves order management, verification, and cross-department coordination to ensure a seamless sales and customer experience. Prior back-office or call-center exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
• Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
• Experience supporting a sales team or back-office operations is preferred.
• Comfortable using CRM and order-management tools to process orders.

Responsibilities

• Review, create, confirm, and complete service orders from D2D sales agents.
• Provide real-time order support and status updates to agents.
• Verify customer and order information for accuracy and compliance.
• Resolve order discrepancies to prevent delays or cancellations.
• Coordinate updates, corrections, and service modifications as needed.
• Support onboarding and activation by ensuring proper documentation.
• Maintain clear communication regarding order statuses with teams.
• Document interactions and updates in company systems.
• Uphold quality, accuracy, and turnaround time across tasks.
