Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Preferred fields: Business, Finance, Accounting or related
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with data analysis and financial modeling
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with CRM (Salesforce) and ERP (SAP, QAD) preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication with diverse stakeholders
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail
• Strong organizational and project management capabilities
• Knowledge of commercial sales operations, revenue recognition, and contract management principles
• Professional fluency in English required

Responsibilities

• Use financial acumen to support commercial on deal analysis
• Perform margin analysis on deals, provide pricing and deal structure recommendations to sales
• Liaise with global business unit teams on big deal approval
• Support APAC commercial managers in NPI and Promotions
• Work out the margins for NPI and Promotions
• Provide recommendations on pricing
• Support Annual List Price exercise for APAC countries
• Partner with global and APAC commercial managers to provide list price increase recommendations to countries
• Provide margin and realized price analysis on list price recommendations
• Work with APAC and Country commercial teams to finalize list prices
• Coordinate sales activities, from opportunity identification through contract execution
• Ensure delivery against deadlines and provide actionable insights
