Job summary

Atlassian in Manila, Philippines, seeks a Sales Operations Analyst to help optimize customer engagements and support Sales Ops teams across SSE and AM groups. You will own ticket resolution, drive data-driven improvements, and partner with multiple teams to improve day-to-day operations.

The role requires strong analytical acumen, comfort with large datasets, and a track record of delivering actionable insights to leadership.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of increasing responsibility in Sales Operations, Strategy, BizOps, or Analytics in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to transform data into executive-ready insights.
• Comfort delivering data-driven recommendations and owning end-to-end processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first responder on centralized tickets and resolve within SLAs.
• Collaborate with SOM teams to optimize and automate day-to-day operations.
• Deliver operational analytics and reporting for SLA compliance and ticket trends.
• Identify bottlenecks and architect scalable improvements across SSE and AM groups.
• Support Shared Services initiatives including cross-functional GTM projects.
