Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a Sales, Sales Ops, RevOps, or CRM support role (internships count!)
• Experience using Salesforce or another CRM platform is preferred.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills, including confidence working with large datasets.
• Detail-oriented and organized with a strong sense of ownership
• Curious and eager to learn new systems and sales operations best practices
• Ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize urgent issues.
• Comfortable communicating with stakeholders and asking clarifying questions
• Ability to work in a fast-moving environment with changing priorities.
• Interested in a long-term path in Sales or Revenue Operations

Responsibilities

• Frontline Sales Support: resolve operational blockers that slow down the sales process — fixing record errors, assisting with quote approvals, and troubleshooting issues.
• Systems & Tooling Assistance: monitor and maintain the health of the sales tech stack, address basic system errors, and escalate complex issues.
• Data Integrity & Maintenance: ensure CRM/reporting data quality by correcting inconsistencies, duplicates, and misalignments.
• Reporting & Process Support: build/update reports and dashboards for the sales team and review for errors.
• Operational Monitoring: perform routine checks of sales data and KPIs to catch unassigned deals or misrouted accounts.
