This role is ideal for someone early in their Sales Operations or Revenue Operations career who wants to learn the ins and outs of sales processes, tools, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in Sales, Sales Ops, RevOps, or CRM support (internships counted).
• Experience using Salesforce or another CRM platform preferred.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills with large datasets.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive with ownership.
• Able to manage multiple requests and prioritize urgent issues.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and the ability to ask clarifying questions.
• Able to work in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities.
• Interested in a long-term path in Sales or Revenue Operations.

Responsibilities

• Frontline Sales Support: resolve operational blockers that slow down the sales process.
• Systems & Tooling: monitor and maintain health of the sales tech stack; address basic issues.
• Data Integrity: identify and correct data inconsistencies, duplicates, and misalignments in CRM.
• Reporting & Process Support: build/update reports and dashboards for the sales team.
• Operational Monitoring: conduct routine checks of sales data and performance indicators.
